Principal's Message

I would like to wish all Glenmar Elementary School families a Happy Thanksgiving and a wonderful start to the Holiday Season.

November is a busy month at Glenmar and I would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to attend our major events.  Monday, November 12th is the start of American Education Week.  Parents/Guardians and Grandparents are
encouraged to attend our “Parent Visitation Day.”  Dates for each grade level are listed in the “Dates of Importance” section of this newsletter. This opportunity will enable you to observe firsthand your child’s daily educational experience and the various activities he/she participates in regularly. We kindly ask that younger
siblings do not attend this visitation.

Please note on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd schools will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving holiday.

On Friday, November 30th you will have the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher.  Our teachers look forward to taking the time to meet with you to discuss your child’s social/academic progress and review their Report Cards that will be
distributed on Monday, November 26th.

Educationally yours,

Dr. Tedeschi
